Brother Robert Lentz, OFM, (born 1946) is an American Franciscan friar and religious icon painter in the Byzantine style. He is particularly known for incorporating contemporary social themes into his icon work.

His depiction of Mary of Magdala has inspired the DSFV chapter and hangs in our chapel/sacristy/vestry space.
